It looks like the heavy rains and cooler weather have started to drive more of you inside for the evening workouts. While I always get a little sad when summer starts to fade away, I am excited to see your happy, sweating faces more often. The 6 PM class has been a little crowded of late so as promised, we are adding classes to the schedule. Starting MONDAY, we will have 5:30 and 6:30 PM classes. We remain committed to keeping class sizes small so that we can coach every athlete in every class and keep everyone safe. Please remember to continue to uphold your commitment by signing up for classes!
