Elbows Up!

Sick of hearing your coaches cue you to get your elbows up in the bottom of your front squat? Sometimes as coaches we are guilty of using a cue over and over again even though it isn't changing your movement for the better. If we are constantly telling you to get your elbows up, perhaps this video will shed some light on what we are looking for.
