I hope you've all marked off your calendars for Friday night. Tom and I have been working hard to finalize the structure of this event and it's going to be a really fun time. Hopefully I've answered your questions below, but if not, post to comments and we will answer it for everyone.
What time does it start? The event replaces the regular 6 PM Friday night WOD. We are going to run heats beginning at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30. If we have more members that want to do the workout than we have spots, we will add a 7 PM heat. Your warm up will be written on the board and either Tom or I will be there to help you figure out how to get warm and ready. Sign up for a heat at the front desk when you arrive.
Do I need to sign up online? No. You do not need to register on FrontDesk in advance. However, the workout is limited to current Catacombs members. Your friends and family are welcome to come check out the gym and enjoy the community though.
Food, drinks, snacks? Yes. Bring your own beverages, snacks, appetizers to share. We will provide a few snacks to get you started, but help make this work by bringing your favorite appetizer and beverage to share. We aren't planning on firing up the grill this time around...think happy hour, not dinner.
What's the workout going to be? Really? You guys know better than to ask this. Just trust me. As always, we will scale as needed. This will also be the workout for all regularly scheduled classes, but it will be way more fun under the Friday Night Lights.
