What's Up With Saturdays?

Several of you have asked what happens on Saturdays at Catacombs. While we don't have any regularly coached WODs, there is ample opportunity to get a great workout. On Saturdays, we open the gym for members to come in and work on a skill, make up a workout, or get in some extra training. There are always coaches on hand to help out and depending on what else is happening, they may be able to work with you on that elusive muscle up or handstand pushup. Or you may have the opportunity to suffer alongside your coaches while they work out. As always, please sign up on FrontDesk in advance, clean up after yourself, and be respectful of what others are doing around you. Saturdays are for Members Only unless you have made prior arrangements.

And if that's not enough, stick around for Oly Hour with Lane. Refine your technique for snatches, cleans, and jerks and get comfortable with some heavy loads. This is great supplemental work and will definitely pay huge dividends in overall strength and explosiveness.
