Run 200m
10 Burpees
Run 200m
20 Abmat sit-ups
Rest 3 mins between rounds. Start where you left off in previous round. Don't worry, we will explain everything.

Let's Help Fight Breast Cancer

Catacombs Community--

Our friends at The Vault are hosting a fundraiser on October 23rd to raise money to fight breast cancer. All proceeds go to Mercy Regional Medical Center's Breast Care Center. Yes, it's a competition; but thinking of it more as an opportunity to use your fitness to do something good for the community. It's a team-based event and it would be awesome to get a couple of teams from Catacombs to represent. Let's get some teams together and have some fun.

Interested but don't have a team? Let Tracie or Dustin know and we will help match free agents with teams looking for fire power. Interested but nervous? You do not need to be able to do RX workouts, heavy barbells, or pull ups. There are options for everyone. We will have a sign up sheet at the gym. If you can get your own team together, fantastic. Just add everyone to the sign up sheet and indicate that you are all a team. Questions? Let us know and we will do our best to track down answers.
