It's the time of year when a flurry of activities, parties, and gift sharing keep us on our toes. We are running around like crazy trying to get all our "to do's" done so that we can relax and enjoy the holidays. Our family is no exception. While I love sharing fresh thoughts, current articles and inspiration on this blog on a daily basis, today the well is dry. Don't worry, we will be back with fresh ideas and motivation next week and we have tons of opportunities to blow off some holiday steam with a workout between now and Christmas.
