Faceboard and Workout Tracking

Our new athlete management system is about to get a whole lot cooler. Not only can you sign up for class from your phone, you can also check yourself in when you arrive. The iPad at the front desk is now configured to allow you to self check-in for class. This ensures more accurate attendance records and allows coaches to coach during classes instead of fiddling with their phones to sign folks in. But wait, it gets A LOT cooler, At the end of class, you can also log your workout times, scores, and weights either through your phone or through the iPad on the front desk. It is super simple (we are happy to show you) and it let's you REALLY track your progress. The workouts will be pre-populated into the site so that it should only take you a minute to log it. Then you will absolutely know the answer to "what's your 1 rep max back squat?"

Tracking workouts and weights is the ONLY way to measure if this stuff works. We know it does and we want you to see the results for yourself. Don't be the holdout! Embrace the tools that are in front of you to improve your fitness.
