Thanks to Jan for passing this gem along. For those of you under the age of 40, google "Richard Simmons" and it will make a lot more sense. Due to popular demand, I will do my best to post workouts by 8 PM the night before. Several of you have told me that you were bummed because you missed a workout you would have liked to make...if only you had known. Still, you are a big fat loser if you skip a workout because you don't like the looks of it. No guarantees that this will always be the case, but we will give it a try and see what happens.
