Labor Day Fun
They don't call it Labor Day for nothing! I know many of you are planning to get out and enjoy our beautiful surroundings and climate for the long weekend. That's fantastic! Enjoy!
If you are sticking around though, don't miss the opportunity to come throw down on a family-style workout Monday morning followed by a little grilling session. We will provide a grill and some bratwursts. Please bring sides to share and beverages to share. We will NOT be running heats Friday NIght Lights-Style. We will kick off warm up at 10 AM sharp and begin the workout once everyone is dialed in with scaled options and modifications. No one eats or drinks until the last athlete finishes!
Friends and family are welcome to join and even participate in a modified version of the workout. See you there!
