Catacombs' own Scott Shine will be competing in the Bear 100 Endurance Race beginning on Friday and stretching into Saturday. Yes, apparently it takes more than a day to run 100 miles with over 22,000 feet of elevation gain in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. We know Scott is well-prepared for the task at hand, but a little luck wished on him by his fellow athletes can't hurt either. The Endurance Team will miss his guidance and encouragement this week but we look forward to being inspired by his accomplishments. We will be running 400M repeats for an hour in all classes on Friday in his honor.
