The 12 Day Reboot - Day 10

How'd the weekend go with no sugar, alcohol, and lots of sleep? You should be feeling like you are back on track and busting out of the fog. We have 3 days left on the 12 day challenge. In addition to continuing to purge sugar and alcohol, we are adding in a little movement bonus today. In addition to your regularly scheduled workout, complete 100 burpees today. They can be all at once or 10 at a time throughout the day. It is up to you.
