Cure for a Crap Day...or Week

Happy Tuesday Friends--

For the record, I am not actually having a crap day. BUT, as winter gets long but the days stay short, many of us struggle a little bit. A friend sent this my way and, while it has little to do with CrossFit, it has everything to do with health. The suggestions are simple and practical. This week's challenge is to do at least 3 of things suggested in the video. Bonus points for inviting a friend to do them with you.
