Well, the verdict is in; lots of thrusters and burpees. Yes, this one will hurt, but you've all been there before. Of all the Open workouts thus far, this one most closely reflects the endurance style programming you see at Catacombs day in and day out. YOU ARE READY!
Just as important, this marks the final week of the Catacombs Games. As announced this weekend, food, team spirit, and costumes are worth double points this week. I've overheard some great planning discussions and can't wait to crown the winners of the Inaugural Catacombs Games! So, get to the gym, put yourself in a heat, and let's wrap this thing up in style!
