Have you ever wondered if this CrossFit thing could be for you? Maybe you want to give it a try but aren't sure how to start. Come see for yourself what CrossFit is all about and test drive a beginner workout. This isn't some gimmick to lure you in and then we drop the hammer; we will scale for all comers and keep things fun. The goal is to demonstrate what a CrossFit workout looks and feels like. You will have a chance to ask questions and meet our coaching staff. Everyone is welcome.
