The holidays are over. If you are like me, maybe you let the nutrition standards slide a bit, drank a little too much, or got out of your workout routine. The holidays are a fine time to chill a little bit and relax. But we can’t let that become the new norm. It’s time to snap back into the patterns that help us be the best versions of ourselves and get back to work. If you haven’t made it into the gym since the holidays, get on ZP and schedule your next 3 workouts right now. I have a good friend that likes to say they are called “holidays”, not “holiweeks” or “holimonths”. If you’ve gone down that road, hit the brakes and reverse course. You know the way.

And as you all know and are probably tired of hearing by now, we believe that you are selling yourself short if you are not also addressing your nutrition along with your fitness. That’s where the Whole Life Challenge comes in. It is 6 weeks of focusing on the lifestyle factors that will move the needle on your physical and mental health. Head on over to the Whole Life Challenge website to get more info or talk to any of the coaches. Then sign up for the Catacombs WLC team here. If you want more accountability and support than the WLC offers or have a bigger hill to climb than merely dialing it in a little bit, Ignite Nutrition is the answer. Work with Coach Suz one-on-one through a proven program to scale the nutrition mountain once and for all.

And if you are still on the outside looking in or wondering if Catacombs is for you, come see us. It’s not too late to get started with Catalyst, though that window of opportunity is quickly closing. Or, we can design a program specific to your needs. Sit down with us for 20 minutes and tell us where you are now and where you want to be. Then let us help you chart a course forward.

Happy New Year!
