Join coach Alye DeRoma and guest coach Mitch Beaver on Saturday, Nov 17th at 12pm for a seminar on the Clean and Jerk. We will be breaking down the clean and jerk in depth over a 90 minute class to help re-learn the lift or fixing any issues you may have. The class will aim to help anyone from the beginner to the more advanced lifter. We will be focusing only on the clean and jerk which will allow us to dive in to the finer points of the lift that are extremely important.
