Summer Kids Program

Do you know a middle school or high school aged kid who would benefit from a positive environment and regular exercise? How about a young athlete looking to improve their chosen sport? If your answer is yes to either of those, let us tell you about our summer kids program:

WHAT IS T-UP!?

T-Up! is a youth strength and conditioning program based on functional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running. Workouts are constantly varied and performed at high intensity...just like CrossFit but tailored to young athletes. An emphasis on mobility, flexibility, and recovery are also incorporated into every session. At T-Up!, athletes get the opportunity to be pushed by peers from different disciplines on a neutral field. Athletes gain ground in the area of core strength, conditioning, stamina, and work ethic, which directly translate to every athletic endeavor. We work with athletes from DEVO, the Purgatory Alpine Ski Team, the Durango Swim Team, the Nordic Ski Club, and the DHS Cross Country Team. It is not just for athletes! We welcome any middle or high schooler wanting to improve their overall strength and fitness.

  • Our multi coach classes offer a safe and supportive environment.

  • Coaches are positive role models encouraging hard work and healthy lifestyles.

  • T-Up! is not just about the gym; enjoy runs, hikes, cycling, and other outdoor activities during the summer during scheduled trip outside of classes. 

  • Most of all, T-Up! is a fun, challenging, and positive experience, and a great place to make new friends!

DATES AND TIMES:

  • Program runs June 4th through August 17th. Attend as often as you are able. We have will have different programming each day but we know that schedules are all over the place.
  • 11 and older (Middle School crew): Monday through Thursday 3-4pm

  • 13 through 17 (High School and Graduated crew): Monday through Thursday 4-5pm

PROGRAM COSTS

  • Want to save money and go Unlimited with a one time payment?-- $440 Unlimited Classes for the entire summer ($10/session)

  • Want to pay the same you’ve always paid? Great! --$150 for a 10-class Punch Pass ($15/session)

  • Don’t want to commit to anything? No problem! -- $20/class
