Intro Session

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 27th. We will be hosting a free intro session at 6 PM for anyone interested in CrossFit, but not sure how to start. The session will include an overview of what CrossFit is along with how and why it works. We will teach a mini-class complete with a workout. Finally we will talk about how Catacombs works and why we think we are so special. We will stick around to answer questions and get you lined up with next steps if you are ready to commit after testing the waters.
