Olympic Lifting Hour

Come join Lane for an intensive and fun hour focusing on a the olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. The benefits of olympic lifts will not only help you in the gym with those movements but they will make you stronger and more efficient across all of the standard movements we do every day. Additionally, your physical activities outside of the gym all require different amounts of muscle synchronization, balance, flexibility, and coordination as well as strength, speed, power, and metabolic development. Olympic weightlifting provides development in all these areas.
