Get ready for a heavy dose of Coach Tad over the next week. If you haven't yet had the pleasure of working out with him, make sure you get yourself signed up for a class next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you have,  you know to expect a challenge and a smile and to be ready for anything.

Tom and I will be off doing a little recharge with the family before we buckle down for a strong finish to the summer and roll into the fall. In addition to planning the next cycle of programming, dreaming up fun fall events, and sketching out the details of the upcoming Nutrition Challenge; we will be getting in some water skiing, lake swimming, and and time with the extended family. All classes will be held on the regular schedule (thanks to Tad) with the following exceptions:

  • Open Gym moves to 9:30-11:30 for this Saturday. Please remember that advance sign up (prior to 9 PM the night before) is required. If no one signs up, there is no guarantee we will be here.
  • There will be no noon classes Monday through Wednesday. 

As always, please remember to sign up online, clean up after yourselves, and be nice to everyone. I'm here through mid-afternoon on Friday so if you need to check in with me regarding your account, scheduling, or anything else, let's make that happen before I head out of town.
