Back at It!!!
The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind with parties, software and systems changes, holidays, and vacations. We are refreshed, energized and ready to get back to the serious business of changing lives through improved health and fitness. No one likes to have a good time more than our coaching staff, but be ready to dig into some seriously focused work over the next month. After all, that's where real change happens and that's why we are all doing this.
We have lots of new folks trickling into classes. Please don't be offended if we scale your workout or loads for the first few weeks. We want you in this for the long haul and we know what works. Feel free to ask questions about why, but know that we have done this hundreds (thousands?) of times and that we have your long term goals and best interests at heart. Long term success stories are built on strong foundations with thoughtful, incremental progressions.
As always veteran members, be ready with a warm smile and an introduction to anyone you don't know. Feel free to offer up a lesson learned or help them find a piece of equipment for a workout. Our community is what makes Catacombs special and you are the keepers of that spirit. Pass it on and keep Catacombs the warm, welcoming place that you have created.
Please make sure you have updated your profile (including credit card info) in Zen Planner. If you haven't, please do so this weekend. We would rather coach, encourage, and help than track down missing administrative info. Thanks for helping us help you.
