5 Rounds for Time
800 M Run
30 Pull ups
30 KB Swings (70/55)
It's been a tough week of training and many of you are feeling sore and beaten up. The good news is that there are no squats of any kind or barbells involved in today's WOD. The other good news? It's Benchmark Friday! That means we have a killer benchmark workout that you are going to want to give your best effort to...then you are going to want to record your results. Why do we record results? So that we can compare our results further down the line and see that we are getting better. That gives us fuel and motivation when our own reserves are lacking. If you aren't getting better, something isn't working and it's time to do some soul searching or visit with a coach. Today's workout rounds out a solid week. Don't skip it just because you don't like the looks of it.

Haven't yet logged your results on the Faceboard yet? One of the reasons we made our software change was to give you this functionality. We will be there to help you get set up after each class tomorrow so don't hesitate to ask if you need help. Embrace the change and make friends with it. As an added incentive, if we get 20 results logged in the system for tomorrow's workout, Dustin will do 20 burpees at the start of each workout he coaches next week :)
