Have you noticed a little extra spring in Tracie's step lately? Could be due to her upcoming vacation. Just a quick reminder that Tracie, Tom and family are away next week. We have some slight schedule modifications listed below but plenty of opportunities to get your workouts in. Megan, our resident Yogi, is also away so yoga is on hold until Sunday, August 23rd. All other classes are on regular schedule unless listed below. As always, if no one is signed up for a class at least 1 hour prior to the class time, it is subject to cancelation. So make sure you sign up!
All classes on regular schedule next week EXCEPT:
-No noon classes on Wednesday or Friday.
-No 5 PM classes. All 6 PM classes are ON.
-No T-Up! on Thursday.
-Yoga on hold until August 23rd.
