Quick post today to remind you (or inform you if you didn't know), that Open Gym time is available on Saturdays from 9-11. This is YOUR TIME to improve on a skill or movement that has been troublesome or make up a workout that you missed during the week. There is no structured warmup or skill session, but there is always a coach there that will be more than happy to help you. You can even usually find a buddy to throw down on a workout with you.
- Want someone to watch your pull ups and tell you why your timing is off?
- Maybe you've been staring at those rings hanging from the ceiling but you are too nervous to try them during class time.
- Curious what your 1 rep max snatch is these days?
- Or maybe you just want to get some extra back squats or deadlifts in.
These are all perfectly good uses of Open Gym time. If you have an Unlimited membership, Open Gym is included...otherwise, your punch card will work for Open Gym too. Sign up online as always.
