Workout of the Day--January 29th, 2015
Get as far as you can in 44 minutes. Start with 2 squats, 4, burpees, 6 power snatch, 8 box jumps, 10 pull ups. Then, 12 squats, etc.
2-12-22-32-42 Air Squats
6-16-26-36 Power Snatch (45/35)
8-18-28-38 Box Jump
10-20-30-40 Pull Ups
We are postponing the regularly scheduled Milestone Workout for something a little more fun. After all, it is Snowdown Friday and Coach's birthday! Come dressed in your Snowdown 80's attire if you so desire. Get a workout in prior to heading out into the rowdiness. You know you will be glad you did. If the class you want to come to is full, come anyway. Today ONLY!
