CrossFit Total & Friday Night BBQ

Its time for the CrossFit Total, the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.  They are three most effective lifts for developing and testing functional strength and subsequently serving as a guide for choosing weights for WODs. Members stay tuned for class sign-up options. We'll end the day, TOTALLY celebrating with a BBQ after the Friday night class.
