You are age 60 or over but not ready to slow down. You understand that staying active is an important component to maintaining a high quality of life. We have an exciting new program designed with you in mind. Longevity aims to increase functional capacity, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment among those of a similar age. This program serves to improve functional fitness such that your body supports the brain-body connection as you age. No previous exercise history required.
Longevity classes will kick off September 24th and run Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 11:45 am.
This class will be led by Brian Miller and Suzanne Johnson. Together they represent decades of experience working in post-rehab fitness with senior citizens and those with chronic health conditions. They bring a breadth of knowledge and understanding, allowing them to create a safe and effective environment for seniors to improve their health and fitness. Still not sure if Longevity is for you?
