6-WEEK JOURNEY

The first six weeks are critical for establishing new habits and getting traction on accomplishing your goals.

Some athletes complete four sessions and move into group classes. Others continue training one-on-one with their coach throughout the journey. Still others begin working with our nutrition coach to more quickly reach their weight loss goals.

We will work with you individually to customize your path based on your goals and preferences.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership includes unlimited classes and open gym. Completion of Foundations or previous CrossFit experience is a pre­requisite for joining any of our group classes. Couples and family discounts available.
