Hey Guys—

We are most of the way through January and the daily grind is back in full swing. Some of us are a few weeks into a lifestyle shift of healthier eating, more movement, and a solid gym regimen. If that is you, GREAT JOB! Statistics show however that most of us have already given up on those New Year’s resolutions and are back to our previous setpoint…or worse. The cruel reality of January has replaced the unbridled optimism of the holidays and new year.

The story doesn’t have to end there though. Real and lasting change IS possible and you don’t have to go it alone. In fact, your odds of success are a lot better if you DON’T go it alone.

Accountability is what we do best. Talk to a member of our coaching staff about what you are trying to accomplish and we will help you put a plan in place to do just that. Maybe you need some nutrition coaching or you need to commit to private training so you have appointments in your calendar every week. Grab a couple of friends that workout at the same time you do and make a pact to hold each other accountable. Or meet with your primary coach and set some goals that you can get excited about. There is no shortage of opportunities to restart the motivation momentum.

And if you’re reading this and haven’t yet made the leap to the Catacombs Community…now is a great time. Starting something new is never easy, but action beats intention every time. Stop making excuses and come talk to us. We have the most experienced and compassionate team of private training coaches you will find anywhere. Whatever your reason for being here (weight loss, health concerns, fitness, or sport performance), we are ready to be your partner in making real progress.

And if all else fails, get outside for a walk today. Put something in the win column even if it feels insignificant. Sometimes just one decision in favor of health can be the launching point for the next push forward.

Let us know how we can help.
