Catacombs Family–

First, thank you all for your patience, flexibility, and support as we navigate the ever changing landscape in the age of COVID. Working out with a mask is no fun, but it is the rule of law indoors for group classes. It is not required for private training however, so reach out to us if you’d like to train one-on-one with a coach and without a face covering.

We are so fortunate to have outdoor space and live in a climate that is conducive to sweating outside. We have optional shade coverings if the sun isn’t your thing and we will continue to adjust programming to get you the best workout possible within the guidelines of how we are allowed to operate. Where there is a will, there is a way. Beginning this week, we will have more options for the strength components within the Workout of the Day to make sure there is something for everyone.

We have some exciting announcements coming your way with new class offerings and schedule adjustments starting in August.

1.) We are consolidating our 11:30 and 12:30 classes back to a single noon class. We will staff that with 2 coaches as necessary and limit private training during that hour. We’ve heard that it works better that way for many of you and it will improve traffic flow in and out of the gym during that period.

2.) We are adding specialty classes to the evening hours and realigning the evening schedule. The evening line-up will now feature a strength-focused class on M-W-F at 5 PM and a Sweat or endurance-based class on Tuesday and Thursday at 5 PM. We will offer the regular Workout of the Day at 6 PM. All of these classes are included in your regular membership.

3.) We are consolidating weekend classes to 7:30 and 8:30 on Saturday and Sunday for the remainder of the summer.

Please let us know what you need and how we can best serve you. We are blown away by your support and encouragement through all this craziness. We will continue to innovate and give our best to improve the community and fitness experience that keeps us all sane and on track.
