The kids program this summer was fantastic. Read about our fall program below.

Catacombs Community—

It has been such a great summer of fitness and community. While the close of summer always brings me down a little bit, we are so fortunate to live in a place where the fall is so beautiful and often brings some of the best weather of the year . As we head back to school and into the fall, I just wanted to take the opportunity to provide some updates and reminders on happenings at Catacombs. And as always, to express my gratitude to the community which makes Catacombs Fitness Collective so awesome.

Fall Kids Program
After a hugely successful kids program this summer in partnership with the Hive, we will be offering a fall program for kids ages 12 and up. This program will run for 8 weeks beginning September 13. It is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM and led by Coach KMac. All levels and abilities are welcome. The cost is $200 for members ($225 nonmembers). Sign up here or ask Coach KMac if you have questions.

Longevity Update
Our Longevity program for athletes 60+ is raising the roof! We’ve recently added classes to accommodate demand and Longevity is now offered 5 days a week at 10:30. These guys are working hard and building capacity for life but they also have a really great time. Contact Suz or Brian for more information.

Catacombs Throwdown—Volunteers Needed!
As some of you may have heard, we are running our first Individual Competition, The Catacombs Throwdown, on Saturday, October 1st. There will be athletes coming from all over the Four Corners area. We would love to show them how amazing our Catacombs Community is and welcome them with open arms. In order to run a successful competition you also need volunteers. Honestly, the volunteers are the most important part of the competition. Our volunteers will receive food, drinks, coffee, t-shirt, and some more opportunities to win swag. Please reach out to me (KMac) if you are interested in helping out. I really appreciate all of you.

If you are interested in cutting your teeth at your first competition. There are still spots open in all of the divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled. Please go to our registration page to see all the workouts and divisions, and sign up at Catacombs ThrowDown.

Reminder on Class Sign Ups and Cancellations
Fall is typically a busy time at Catacombs. We have a lot more space now with our outdoor area, but we still limit class sizes to make sure we can give every athlete the coaching you deserve. Please remember to sign up for class in advance and equally important, please cancel if something comes up and you can’t make it. If you aren’t sure how to do this in ZP, just ask any coach and we will show you.

Private Training and Coaching
If you find yourself ready to make a big change in your fitness or lifestyle goals this fall, consider working one on one with a coach in private training. The added accountability and customized focus make a massive difference in the likelihood of meeting your goals and how quickly you progress. We create programs for every level of athlete from fresh off the couch to those training to compete in their individual sports. We work hard on your fitness, but also on the lifestyle factors like sleep and nutrition that might be holding you back. If you aren’t where you want to be, we would welcome the opportunity to be your partner in getting there. Reach out to Tracie or Joon to learn more.
